HAL OFFSHORE LIMITED (HAL) has acquired 75% shares in the company from Coflexip Stena Offshore (Mauritius) Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary of Technip SA, France. Consequent to this change of control, SEAMEC becomes a subsidiary of HAL. HAL is a part of MMG Group, Delhi.

SEAMEC is the region’s leading provider of Diving Support Vessel (DSV) based diving services.
