Moon Beverages started with manufacturing of soft drinks THUMS UP, LIMCA, MAAZA, RIMZHIM, BISLERI, SODA GOLD SPOT under arrangement with Parle. However in 1994 the company became the authorized bottler of Coca Cola Atlanta, USA and started manufacturing and distribution of Coca Cola, Limca, Sprit, Maaza, Thums UP, Fanta, Minute Maid, Coke Zero & Kinley.

Moon Beverages Greater Noida Plant

Moon Beverages Greater Noida installed a first Green Building Certified Plant in INSWA BU. The plant was designed and built incorporating the latest innovation available at that time. It was inaugurated on 22nd of August 2013 by Mr. Ahmet C Bozer, Executive Vice President, President Coca Cola International. Plant is built up in 9 acres and efficiently accommodates 6 lines. The plant is equipped with energy saving features such as energy efficient LED Lights, provision of natural light and with proper ventilation.

As a part of endeavor to make production lines as futuristic as possible, Moon Beverages Greater Noida was the first plant;

• In commissioning a Combi-Block Line for Hot Fill in INSWA BU with the flexibility to produce both regular and wide mouth bottles
• In installing a SPK CAN Line with flexibility to produce both SLIM and SLEK Cans in INSWA BU
• In launching multi packs of can, 600ml pet and Pocket Tetra
• In INSWA BU to be accredited as the Number One Plant in the QSE Index

Hindustan Aqua Ltd (Bottling Plant)

Hindustan Aqua Ltd. has a co-pack bottling arrangement under which production is be done by Hindustan Aqua Ltd. and sale and marketing is done by Coca Cola India. Company gets a fix co-pack fee for its production with a minimum committed volume. At present the company has two state of the art plants in Kanpur and Rourkela with total installed capacity of 10 million cases a year wherein the complete civil construction cum erection of the plant and machinery and the bottling lines was carried out in a record time much to the satisfaction of the Coca Cola Standards. The plants are fully automatic with labor dependence only limited to carrying out ancillary activities.
